At this time, we do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance to ensure we can provide the best, most personalized care.

Cancellation or rescheduling of services must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services, which will be charged to the credit card on file. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes.

However, canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice is a difficult space to fill, especially for a small business. “No-Show” appointments will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. We always recommend that new clients begin their journey with the Ultimate Ritual. This is a 90-minute foundational experience designed specifically to take the guesswork out of skincare.

It begins with a 15-minute in-depth consultation where we assess your skin’s unique needs and history. This is followed by a 75-minute signature facial tailored entirely to you incorporating professional exfoliation, targeted extractions, our signature facial massage, and a condition-specific mask. You’ll leave the studio with glowing skin and a clear, professional plan for your future treatments.

We don’t separate results from relaxation — we believe they work together. Facial massage is a foundational part of our Rituals, supporting lymphatic flow, relieving congestion, improving circulation, and enhancing ingredient absorption. At the same time, it helps quiet the nervous system, allowing the body to slow down so the skin can fully repair and respond.

Downtime varies depending on the treatment selected and your individual skin response. We intentionally carry a wide range of resurfacing solutions to best align with your goals and lifestyle — from zero downtime options to flaking that may last up to 10 days. Most modern treatments are designed to improve the skin without the intense peeling associated with older methods. Typically, you’ll leave glowing, with some clients experiencing mild flaking around day three.

Please arrive with a clean face if possible, though we will perform a deep cleanse regardless. We ask that you discontinue the use of Retinol or other strong exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs) 3-5 days prior to your visit. Also, avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for at least one week before advanced treatments.<br><br>

Congratulations! Many of our treatments can be modified to be pregnancy safe. We avoid certain acids (like Salicylic) and Retinols during this time. Please mention your pregnancy in your booking notes so we can customize your 'Ritual' to be safe for both you and your baby.
